G'DAY, I'M MIKE

Ocker started the same way most good Australian ideas do — with a laugh, a few beers, and the realisation that there wasn't much gear out there that captured the way Aussies actually talk.

We're a country of nicknames, tall tales, cheeky one-liners and sayings that make absolutely no sense to anyone outside Australia. That's the stuff I love, and that's what Ocker is built around.

The idea was simple: put classic Australian vernacular front and centre on quality apparel that doesn't take itself too seriously.

No corporate boardroom.
No marketing department.
No influencers pretending they've always loved the brand.

Just me, designing shirts that I'd actually wear myself.

Thanks for supporting a small Australian business.

  • MADE FOR AUSSIES

Whether you're a mad bugger, a deadset legend, or here to f*ck spiders, chances are you'll find something that sounds like someone you know. Every design starts with a phrase, saying or bit of Aussie culture worth celebrating.

  • DESIGNED IN NEWCASTLE

Every design is created by me in Newcastle, NSW. From sketching ideas to refining artwork, the creative side of Ocker is handled entirely in-house.

  • PRINTED TO ORDER

Rather than mass-producing stock that may never sell, every item is printed when you order it. It means less waste, no overflowing warehouses, and the ability to keep creating new designs without carrying mountains of inventory.

NO WAREHOUSE.
NO BIG TEAM.
NO BULLSH*T.

Ocker operates using a print-on-demand model.

What that means is simple: when you place an order, your shirt, hoodie or tank is printed specifically for you and shipped directly from the production facility.

It allows me to focus on creating new designs instead of packing boxes all day, and it keeps overheads low so I can continue growing the range.

Sure, it's not the fastest way to get a shirt to your door, but it means every order is made fresh rather than pulled from a dusty shelf.

Most importantly, it means I can keep doing what I enjoy — turning Aussie sayings into wearable conversation starters.
